It’s nice to meet you.

I’m a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I look forward to getting to know you.

What I enjoy about this work: Therapy is a partnership; I enjoy working with clients to build a life that is in line with what you value most. I also enjoy creating a non-judgmental space where you can cultivate your own innate resilience.

Who I work with: Many of my clients come to therapy because they are facing difficult life transitions, want to work on changing old patterns of behavior, hope to improve their relationships, and/or struggle with self-judgment or feeling like they are not enough.

What I do: Mindfulness is the most important part of my therapy practice because awareness is the first step to both acceptance and change. I also bring a lot of Mindful Self-Compassion into session, because no matter what we are dealing with in life, the relationship we have with ourselves is always unfolding.

“Fun facts”: I love being outside, hiking with my 2 dogs, practicing yoga and hanging at the beach.
