Welcome to the website for my therapy practice. In our busy lives, therapy is a rare chance to notice the things that are often ignored. I strive to create a non-judgmental space for self inquiry and discovery. In addition to working with thoughts, I also work with the nervous system and body. By integrating different therapeutic approaches, I strive to facilitate a deeper healing process and help clients become “unstuck.”

Over time, therapy can help you to become more mindful about yourself, your relationships, and how your life can better align with what you value most.
